Precocious Spirit follows open-trade policy and anybody can purchase from Precocious Spirit as well as sell globally. We are not responsible if you fall in any kind of Litigation/Law-Suit/Civil case or any kind of disputes with any third party.
By proceeding to check-out and placing order with us, any individual/companies agrees to the terms and condition of Precocious Spirit.
The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by Precocious Spirit and the buyer. By placing orders at precociousspirit.com, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. If you find any subject in the Terms & Conditions not acceptable, please contact PrecociousSpirit@live.com before placing your order.
We accept most major credit cards; MasterCard, Visa, American express, Discover and PayPal. The payment will be deducted from your account when you place the order.
Precocious Spirit encrypts all your card information using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorised persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction with Nets. The total cost of your items purchased plus tax and shipping fees as displayed on the web will be billed to your credit card. In order to keep a high level of security for our customers, we may request further correspondence from the purchaser in the event that we suspect a fraudulent order.
All orders are shipped with USPS by first class or priority mail. Packages will be shipped via the proper service type at the discretion of the seller unless otherwise agreed upon with the buyer. All of our items are in house, inspected, and ready to be shipped! Once payment is received and cleared, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days. When your order is prepared you will receive a tracking number via e-mail in order for you to track your order on http://www.usps.com. If you have created an account, you can also see your order information in the “My Account” tab.
All delivery times are estimated based on the carrier. We are not liable for any post office delays or missed delivery dates. All delivery estimates are based upon Working/Business days.

If your package is damaged in any way that affects your merchandise, please send us an email with pictures and we will contact USPS to investigate. If your package is lost, tracking number has stopped updating or no package is found, please send us an email and we will contact USPS to investigate. Upon investigation, a replacement item or refund will be submitted to the buyer.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
The colours of products seen on precociousspirit.com will depend on the monitor from which it is viewed and can vary depending on the monitor. Therefore the colour seen on the monitor can vary from the accurate colour of the product. Please note that we have tried as accurately as possible to display the colours of the textile, lining, leather etc. as well as the tactility of all materials used. We do all of our own photography with the actual items.
Since many of our items are handcrafted with a variety of materials, any minor variations in products should be viewed as a unique characteristic and not as a fault. If an item arrives not as described, please contact us at PrecociousSpirit@live.com.
RETURNS & CLAIMS OF GOODS
Please request returns by emailing PrecociousSpirit@live.com. Returns will be handled on a cases by case basis.
If for any reason you wish to raise a claim on a purchased item, then first you have to send the detail with images of the defected product. If there is any kind of manufacturing defect or any other human error found then in this case, your refund will be applicable and the same will be credited to your account within next 10 days. In other situation, we will examine your claim, and determine if it is due to: Natural Wear and Tear, Improper Use, Third-Party Interference, Natural Disasters, or damage unrelated to production or quality, in which case we will not fix.
